Nicon Interactive ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This document explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you play our virtual reality game, Scale, on the Meta Quest Store.
We do not collect, transmit, or store any personally identifiable information (PII) directly through the Scale application. All gameplay data, save states, and game preferences are stored locally on your physical VR device.
Because Scale operates on the Meta Quest platform, Meta may collect data regarding your usage of the application (such as crash reports and playtime analytics) as per the Meta Privacy Policy. We are provided with anonymous, aggregated versions of this data to help us fix bugs. This data cannot be used by Nicon Interactive to identify you.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as we add features to the game. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
